Welcome to Edufluxa. By registering an account or using any service on edufluxa.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About Edufluxa

Edufluxa is an online learning platform based in Bangkok, Thailand. We connect students with qualified tutors and instructors across academic tutoring, language learning, test preparation (IELTS, SAT, school exams), and structured homeschooling programmes. Our platform is designed for students of all ages, from primary school through to adult learners.

2. Account Rules

Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering


• Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian register on their behalf


• Each person may hold only one active account


• Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred or shared

Login & Security

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential


• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account


• Report any unauthorised use immediately to info@edufluxa.com

3. Student Rules

• Attend scheduled sessions on time. If you need to cancel, do so at least 24 hours in advance


• Treat all tutors, instructors, and fellow students with respect at all times


• Do not record, screenshot, or share any live session or course material without written permission from Edufluxa


• Do not share login credentials or allow others to access your courses or sessions


• Use the platform only for the educational purposes for which it is designed


• Communicate with tutors and instructors only through the official Edufluxa platform messaging system

4. Parent & Guardian Rules

• Parents or guardians who register on behalf of a minor accept full responsibility for the minor's use of the platform


• You must supervise your child's use of the platform as appropriate for their age


• Ensure your child attends scheduled sessions and follows all student rules above


• You may contact our support team at any time with concerns about your child's experience on Edufluxa

5. Instructor Rules

• Instructors must apply through the official Edufluxa process and provide truthful qualification and identity information


• Deliver all sessions and course content to the standard agreed upon during onboarding


• Maintain professional, respectful, and appropriate communication with all students at all times


• Do not solicit students for private, off-platform transactions or sessions


• Do not share, sell, or redistribute course materials, student data, or platform content


• Inform Edufluxa immediately if you are unable to fulfil a scheduled session

Instructors who breach these rules may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform without compensation for future sessions.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the Edufluxa platform:

• Cheating, impersonation, or academic dishonesty of any kind


• Uploading, sharing, or distributing harmful, abusive, offensive, or illegal content


• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination against any user, tutor, or staff member


• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its data


• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts on the platform without written permission


• Creating fake reviews, ratings, or endorsements


• Using the platform to promote or sell unrelated products or services

7. Course Enrolment & Completion

• Access to a course or programme begins upon confirmed payment


• Course access duration is specified on each course listing page


• Completion certificates are issued only to students who meet the minimum completion requirements for each course


• Certificates issued by Edufluxa are for educational purposes and do not constitute professional or government-recognised qualifications unless explicitly stated

8. Payments & Refunds

Payments

• All prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) or US Dollars (USD) as stated on each listing


• Payment must be completed before course access or session booking is confirmed


• All payments are processed securely through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways

Refunds

• Online courses: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed


• Live tutoring sessions: Full refund or credit if cancelled at least 24 hours before the session start time


• Homeschooling programmes: Pro-rata refund available within the first 14 days of a new term


• No refunds for completed sessions, downloaded materials, or certificates already issued

To request a refund, email info@edufluxa.com with your name and order reference number.

9. Platform Content & Intellectual Property

• All content on Edufluxa — including videos, study materials, assessments, graphics, and course designs — is owned by Edufluxa or its licensed instructors


• You may use purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial learning only


• Reproducing, reselling, distributing, or publicly sharing platform content in any form is strictly prohibited


• Edufluxa respects third-party intellectual property rights and expects all users and instructors to do the same

10. Platform Availability

Edufluxa aims to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect availability. We will notify users of planned downtime in advance where possible.

11. Changes to These Terms

Edufluxa may update these Terms & Rules from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. We always encourage users to contact us first at info@edufluxa.com to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal action.
